I am reviewing the movie Aladdin. It’s about a street rat who has to steel food and supplies. He meets a beautiful girl and finds out she is the saltans daughter princess jasmine. When he gets trapped in a forbidden cave finds a magic lamp and the genie turns him into a prince so he can marry princess jasmine. They only problem is Jafah don’t wish for this to happen, so he does every thing in his power to stop Aladdin. Jafah finds the lamp and rubs the lamp. This means that genie is now is now Jafahs master. Aladdin tricks Jafah into becoming a genie. This means that he is now a prisoner. I think the directors purpose was too show that it’s not always good to have “ALMIGHTY” power. This movie was to entertain the audience of children from the age of 5-12.. The movie is funny but has scary bits in it . 1993 was around when Aladdin was made. The action takes place in a kingdom in
India. One of the actors I know that acted in it was robbin Williams. He played the narrators at the start and the genie. Some of the movies robbin Williams has acted in are Mrs. doubt fire, Flubber, R.V vacation, Bicentennial man and Jumunji. The main characters are Aladdin and jasmine. The audience is intended to children People have said that Aladdin is a classic movie; it shows its tone by having funny moments that want to make you laugh. For scary bits it has scary things in it like a snake and someone might just have an evil moment, and it certainly makes the audience feel that. It makes everything clear on its purpose like it shows that Jafah got his way in the end but ended up being not what he wanted because he was a prisoner. I love this movie in general because there was never one minute that I wanted to stop watching it. I specifically like the part when the genie gets Aladdin out of the cave and onto the island and starts his makeover.
